We attended the lounge in JLA on Monday 24th September very early in the morning.
It was already busy and after 10 minutes of waiting to be booked in we were told there were was no lager. Not many spirits and running low on soft drinks. I probably wouldn't have drunk anything that strong that early in the morning. However it was part of the package paid for.
There were 2 staff out the front trying to keep on top of the breakfasts and serve as well as book people in. It was low on stock and obviously understaffed. I paid for this as a surprise for my partner who does not like flying and was hoping for a calm couple of hours before we departed. We left within minutes and couldn't even speak with any staff member to complain as they were run ragged and I actually felt sorry for them. I was disappointed and will not be paying for this service again as it was nearly £50 just to be away from the main thoroughfare of the airport and we never used any of the facilities.
