This is definitely not worth the £70 paid for it. The breakfast and drink choices were poor and one staff member in particular was very rude and unprofessional. She was filling up
machines etc and moaning about how people left mugs and when asked questions by clients was blunt and not helpful. She also argued with colleagues while out on the service floor - not what I would expect from an executive service lounge. Will not be using again. The only positive I can offer is that the lady who manned reception was lovely.
