This is the second time we have used Aspire Lounges the first was in Terminal 2 and this time 19th October in 5.
1. The staff generally unwecloming.
2.. We were supposed to be booked for 12pm and they had us booked for 9am.
3. We were messed around for at least 15 minutes.we had the letter from for company and it just was all wrong.
4. You ask for a reveiw andwhen you try to access it it gives you all the lounges every where.
5. It was not easy to find a space.
Not a pleasent experieince.
