Have stayed in this lounge previously so decided to book again after that experience as staff were attentive and there was comfy seating. We will not book this lounge again unless all others where unavailable. Comfy seating has now been reserved for Singapore airlines customers, hence we sat at tables like in a cafe on not very relaxing chairs. The choice of food was ok but didn’t look that great for breakfast and the staff had to be looked for to serve drinks from the bar by every customer in the room. Tables where cleared quickly but most of the time staff spent chatting to each other at the reception desk.
