Used many times but sorry to say recent visit was a disappointment. WiFi was very poor. The new drinks procedure of having a bar as opposed to self service is obviously a cost cutting measure. Yes I like one good measure drink before I fly, but I was served with a very small unit and may as well of just had a tonic water. Will try an alternative next time I am in Gatwick Retired couple so not looking for free drink. Time was midday on a Friday The peace and quiet was still good.
