We had prebooked and prepaid 2 spaces in Club Mobay before departure from the UK. Upon arrival, it took ages for the staff to find any record of us and we were almost denied access. Staff at both desks appeared to be poorly trained at customer service. Not a good experience! Once inside Club Mobay, we had very little time to fully enjoy the facilities. However, the staff inside were on the whole good.
