Visited aspire lounge at terminal 3 Heathrow Sunday afternoon 28 Oct. very disappointed. No nuts or olives left to have with drink. Few pieces of cheese. Couple of scones. Couple bowls of poor quality pasta. Very disappointed. Staff in lounge unhelpful. Used same lounge at Luton few weeks earlier - so much better.
Good selection of food and drink and staff couldn’t do enough.
