Dismal food offerings - left out all day/s. Staff rushed off their feet - so in PLUS had to pop next door anytime a drink was wanted. Bring back the old days of self-service and the limited snacks [but way better quality] of the Cheviot lounge - which managed with far fewer staff. Toilets pretty grubby too - not up to the standard of rest of airport.
At least it's [sometimes] quieter than the main concourse but as lounges go pretty disappointing.
