I recently travelled to Fuerteventura from Bristol with a group of friends (8 of us in total) 6 of whom are frequent travellers and users of the executive lounge through their bank accounts. I booked for myself and my husband, however upon arrival at the lounge my friends weren't allowed in as you were only accepting people who had booked therefore As my friends weren't allowed in I didn't go in. How do I go about getting a refund?
