We had booked and paid for the use of this lounge but were prevented from using it as it was full!
Why are people allowed to continue to book when it has already reached capacity.
Your system obviously does not work
We then queued in the coffee shop on the standard mall for breakfast which gave us 5 minutes to eat.
Not impressed in the slightest.
I will be amazed if I get a refund without jumping through so many hoops I give up
