Long que outside doors we had to wait over 15 minutes then once seated there was hardly any food and lack of choice. All staff was under pressure. We felt that the volume of people in the lounge far out weighed the amount of food and staff on duty. I don’t feel we had value for money and should I fly from Manchester again we will not being purchasing access to this lounge. The lounges at Birmingham are far superior and much better organised.
