Booked as a Christmas gift for four family members travelling on 8th Jan. paid for a bottle of champagne as they had an late evening flight. Despite at least 2 weeks notice there was no champagne. Family were offered a bottle of Prosecco and a refund which they accepted gratefully. The refund was processed quickly and I have the money back in my account but it does mean my present wasn’t the best!
