Although I had complimentary admission because of a previous complaint , I’m sorry to say I wasn’t impressed .We were the 1st in the Lounge 4/00 am Friday 4th . The food was barely warm ,they had forgotten to switch the coffee machine on . I asked if they had bread for toast and was advised they had neither.Having previously visited the Virgin V room I’m afraid there was no comparison.I won’t be waisting my time or money to be disappointed again.
