The atmosphere, location and friendliness of staff are excellent. However, for £18, you get very little in the way of snacks/food. The food on offer was a bacon sandwich or pre-packaged pastries, which feels cheap. The coffee machine itself is fine, but lacks a certain level of quality you would expect for a lounge.
That said, it was a pleasant experience to be in this very cosy and quaint lounge.
