Poor experience and appalling customer service. I would give it zero stars.
When I went to the lounge I had to wait to check in as the receptionist left the desk as I arrived.
Only one toilet so had to queue.
White wine was warm and I told the barman who didn’t do anything.
Hot food was cold (overcooked tasteless pasta dish). Stale bread.
Coffee machine not working in the main room (and no indication there was any other machine).
Oh return to UK I emailed rather than writing a review and explained all of the above and was told they wouldn’t give me a refund or do anything about it because nobody else had complained about the particular day I had been there (1 Dec 2018)!!!
I asked for the complaint to be sent to the manager and they confirmed it had been on 19 Dec and the manager would contact me within 7 working days. I’ve still not heard anything!
