All the Executive Lounges were rather hard to find, this was Manchester, and felt to be tucked away at the back of the general Departure Lounge - which, by the way, involved a long IKEA-like trek through Duty Free before you came across anything worthwhile.
Of the six Executive Lounges on offer, Aspire was the second worst. Emirates was the best. What was wrong with Aspire ? A thin buffet breakfast (slightly lower than the standard for such things as set by Premier Inn), a "tired" look to the place and shared lavatories that needed cleaning.
