WE ARRIVED AT THE LOUNGE AT 8.30 AM. IT WAS VERY BUSY AND WE HAD TO SQUEEZE ONTO A SMALL TABLE WITH ANOTHER PARTY OF PEOPLE, THERE WAS VERY POOR SELECTION, NO BEANS, TOMATOES, JUST HARD COLD BACON, SAUSAGE AND SCRAMBLED EGG. AT 8.55 I ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY MORE CROISSANTS TO BE TOLD THEY HAD ALL GONE AND WOULDNT BE REPLACED, I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS LOUNGE TO ANYBODY, EVER. I FEEL STRONGLY THAT WE SHOULD HAVE A REFUND AS THE LOUNGE DID NOT OFFER WHAT IT SAID, WE CERTAINLY WAS NOT COMFORTABLE OR SATISFIED WITH THE FOOD WHICH WE WERE PROVIDED WITH. WE TRAVELLED ON MONDAY 28TH JANUARY FROM TERMINAL 2 AT MANCHESTER AIRPORT. THERE WAAS PLENTY OF ROOM AT ONE END OF THE LOUNGE AND WHE I ASKED IF WE COULD SIT THERE WAS ABRUPTLY TOLD NO, THAT AREA WAS RESERVED FOR SINGAPORE AIRLINES.
