The floors were dirty, with crumbs and crisps on the them, and the carpets were well worn.
Food options were extremely poor, crisps or cheese and crackers or bread, and drinks have moved from self service to bar service - which is OK as long as there is actually someone behind the bar all of the time which wasn't always the case.
Then we were getting shuffled out before the official closing time.
Was it better than sitting in the public areas - just about.
Was it value for money - absolutely not.
