We booked into the lounge for a relaxing start to our holdiay to USA. We were very disappointed as it was quite untidy, the only hot food offering - bacon rolls were ok but only appeared in small batches which were quickly taken by other users. The hot selection did not include a vegetarian option which my daugther needed. Croissants were cold, hard and prepacked.
I wouldn't bother booking in again as there were plenty of seats and food outlets in the airport that looked far more relaxing and appealing with a better selection of food.
