When we arrived at the lounge we had a long wait to actually enter for no apparent reason, then once we had got into the lounge we decided to had a bite to eat (Sandwiches) of which there were none out and we waited 30 minutes plus until they came out, obviously there were a lot of people waiting so they didnt go very far, i then decided i would enjoy a beer of which was cold, overall not the best start to our holiday!
I did email the customer services and never got a reply.
