I have used the lounges at Manchester a good few times and things are never consistent. Some of the staff are very nice and want to help in anyway they can knowing that you have actually paid for the service lounge. Other staff members make you feel like a nuisance, as if you are getting this service for free. Which is not the case. Some even seem resentful that you are about to go on holiday!
Customer service needs to be addressed but the lounges themselves are really nice and relaxing.
