Having used this service before, both here and London, Gatwick. I was very surprised and disappointed at the difference between my two visits to the Manchester lounges.
Despite booking, the lounge seemed overbooked as the seating was full. We'd booked to have a relaxing hour before a long haul flight (New Jersey). we waited 18 minutes before a seat became available.
It was only 16 months since our last visit and remembered the quality of food on offer.
How wrong we were to expect the same quantity and quality, this service was very poor.
I'm so disappointed that I'm not sure I'll use the service again or in-fact recommend it.
