We were very disappointed on our second visit to the lounge as we thought that the staff were not very pleasant and did not offer good customer service.They did not smile or make you feel welcoming .When questions were asked about the sandwiches we got a sharp reply back
I thought the food lacked variety and choice and was not very appetising….
We have made a decision not to use the lounge again because of the poor experience..
