The lift was out of order, the receptionist took forever dealing with her colleague before FINALLY allowing us in, and then, most bizarrely, if you go to the bar and opt for a Prosecco, you have to go BACK OUT TO RECEPTION to pay another £3 for it!!! It’s cheap, sparkling win, NOT champagne!
