Since you changed from self serve drinks to a staffed bar I find the experience has gone down hill, also on my visit your ice machine was not working properly so your apologetic staff had to ration ice to us all,,two little cubes in my G/T mmmm lovely!!.
Also when we arrived, there were no seats available,,slightly overbooked I feel?!?
My wife and I have used your lounge for many years and used to enjoy our time with you. But alas,, our last time there left a dissapointed feeling with us and will try ' escape ' next year.
