I have visited this lounge on numerous occasions but I am find it in increasingly disappointing upon each visit.
We were a group of 11 people and upon arrival had no where to sit . There was a table reserved for a party of 12 , which I wasn’t aware was an option. Fortunately they hadn’t turned up so the lady on reception agreed we could use their area.
When asking for two drinks to save the whole party going to the bar we were frowned upon questioned where the other people were and our drinks slammed on the counter.
The bar lady then literally watched as we went back to the table to ensure we were not having two drinks ourselves.
When we asked if we could have a double the same bar lady said she didn’t think it was possible and would have to ask her manager . To which we replied not to bother as it was too much hassle with an ever growing queue.
We literally felt we were being observed everytime we picked up something to eat or wanted a drink.
It made our group feel uneasy and I reminded them we had actually paid for the service it wasn’t ‘free’.
The lounge was so busy the queue was up to the reception area and the staffs attitude was appalling and rude.
Overall the experience wasn’t enjoyable and I will be thinking twice about using the lounge again.
