On entering the staff were not very helpful, we asked for peppermint tea for my wife and were informed " we don't have any " that was that no help at all except that " there is ordinary tea or black current" there was no fresh food cooked as in other lounges we have been in is omlets etc just food stood at the counter where other people had left the lids off, staff should have replaced these swiftly but they were left uncovered for at least ten minutes. We had to ask for butter which again took five minutes, no toast available in all very poor given the cost for two persons. In addition you have to walk out of the lounge for around 50 mtrs to a public toilet none in the lounge, which it does say in the literature however again for an executive lounge this is not good as if a lone traveller you have to take all your belongings with you and upon return you find someone else in the seat you had just left. Staff seemed to be otherwise occupied rather then attentive to customers. We have been in many lounges across the world and this lounge is the worst the best we have been too is the 1903 lounge at Manchester T3 and Singapore. The lounge manager needs to see this to address the situation overall a waste of money.
