Underwhelmed!! not a patch compared to when the lounge was run by Servisair!
When I booked I was told that "there would probably be plenty of room" more first come first served than a reservation - or at least that's how it felt.
The breakfast choice was poor and there were no newspapers to be seen.
The staff were helpful enough but this just wasnt the same experience we have had in the past, very disappointed!!
