Lounge very untidy tables cluttered
Took for ever to get a drink que right over the middle of the lounge
No cold bottles
No ice
No cups for coffee
No soup oh and guess what no rolls !!
All in all a disasterous visit to the lounge. I am staff at newcastle and was not impressed at all god knows how the passengers felt !
Oh And read the header of your email my names not Phil.!! I would ask for my money back but to be honest the likley good of that would be a miracle considering the level of customer service received in the day !!
