• It doesn't compare to the lounge at Glasgow Airport
• there were works going on which was a bit of disturbance. That's fine - but notifying this before-hand or compensating for this would have done
• limited seating available, seating very close together - had to let people in/out squeeze in/out
• toilets off-site
