I have already e mailed months ago to say that the carpet was stained, the toilets dirty and glasses, cups and plates were not cleared away for 3 hour hours , standard email came back saying you would be in touch and not a word since so I doubt much point in reviewing this time . 5 of us used the lounge on 9th August and I suggested something like a couple of free entry tickets as we often fly from Gatwick ,
I am not wanting to waste any more time on this nor will use the lounge again if there is still no response
