Ok surroundings but a bit dark with no windows, much preferred the old serve yourself system as now when the lounge is busy there is only one person serving, whilst I appreciate that some visitors abused the old system for drinks I feel it's a great shame that the many suffer for the few.
Could be a wider variety of snacks & tables could be cleared on a more regular basis
Overall, at best the lounge gets a 'just acceptable' rating in view of the price one has to pay.
