My partner and i thought that the Lounge was in need of a facelift, it looked tired and a little grubby some of the seats even having dirty marks and stains on them.
The coffee from the machine tasted terrible to the point we didn't even think it tasted like coffee.
I chose to help myself to a bacon roll and i thought it tasted a bit processed as if the bacon had been boiled or steamed rather than grilled.
We arrived early in the morning so we went more for traditional breakfast type items as apposed to taking advantage of the wines and beers etc as it was a bit early in the day for us.
We couldn't spend much time in the lounge because after checking in our suitcases we had to endure the massive snaking que in the security hall which really onliy gave us about 35 mins to spare in the lounge.
I'm sorry for this review but we were very disappointed with the overall experience to the point we probably wouldn't book again.
We have flown from Luton airport twice a year for the last 25 yrs, infact we tend to book our holiday arrangements arounds destinations from Luton as it's our closest airport to home.
This was the first time we had ever used the lounge, i booked it as a treat for my wife to start off our holiday.
