After being told to use this lounge by a family member we did , there were no bacon rolls even though it was morning ?
There were stains on the chairs and stained ceiling tiles and tables that hadn't been cleared away . I was expecting more from a lounge at one of the UKs busiest airports and wonder why the staff/ company wouldn't clean the stains and put a few cowling tiles up to improve the overall look of the place ?
