Terminal 3 was usually used by Air Canada and as such we decided to use your facilities.
However, a week before we were due to fly to Canada on Air Canada, we found that we were flying from the newly refurbished Terminal 2, so we were unable to use your facilities. At least, you repaid me in full very swiftly, so although we didn't benefit, I am sure that your facilities are excellent, so I have rated you as NORMAL.
