My wife and I were very disappointed with the Gatwick North Aspire. The carpets were not clean, the staff showed an element of lethargy. There was no toilet paper on the toilet rolls, they were strewn on shelves etc.. The soup was an hour later than advertised. The bacon in the rolls was cold. There was no newspapers available. I had bought one and was asked twice if I was finished with it..
All in all it was well below our expectation.
