Lounge was crowded and noisy . We have young children and when in the lounge we make sure they are quiet and respectful of other guests. Unfortunately other parents are not so considerate and we were forced to move to avoid noisy families. The only space available was near the entrance and the dividing wall was louvred meaning that it was noisy here too due to people arriving at the lounge.
Overall, not a very relaxing start to our holiday.
