Poor selection of food and drink, furniture and decor that are dated and tired, internal windows (no natural light) that are not clean, wifi that doesn't work...
A very disappointing experience, especially when compare to the equivalent at Stansted.
Would not use again (unless it is seriously revamped and improved).
