No newspapers, no WI-FI and inattentive staff. Range and quality of buffet mediocre at best and drinks selection inadequate.
Tables remained uncleared and unwiped and a properly cleaned coffee cup was a rarity.
In comparison to the Gatwick North lounge, which is excellent, the South lounge was not value for money; I am unlikely to risk it again.
