This was the first time we had used a lounge, although we have spoken with friends who had used a variety of lounges at Heathrow. I have to say we were a little bit disappointed. It may not have helped that we were there in the evening but we weren't over-impressed with the food on offer. The lounge was fairly full with TV screens blaring as well, and it wasn't as relaxing an atmosphere as we expected. It's a few months ago now, so it's difficult to remember details but I seem to recall that tables didn't seem to be cleared very promptly after people left.
