We were really looking forward to the experience to be met with chaos!
We arrived to a massive queue.
It appeared that people who had not pre booked were queuing to get in.
The lounger were still accepting these people.
Unfortunately this made our experience terrible.
The Lounge was at capacity.
Although this shouldn’t have been a problem the amount of breakfast food available was not acceptable.
We had a dry piece of bacon to choose from and some rubbery scrambled eggs.
There was nothing else to choose from, every single breakfast item was not there. There was no cutlery or large plates.
The queue at the bar was terrible with one member of staff serving. She was also very rude.
This was supposed to be a special treat for the start of our holiday which left us feeling very disappointed.
We did not get our money’s worth from this booking.
Not a good experience!!
