I arrived at 12.30 on a busy Saturday. The Lounge was busy but I will was still able to locate a seat. Tables were constantly being cleaned/ cleared. Plenty of food options available and again staff were replacing the salad bar options as needed. The queue at the bar moved quickly. When there was a queue, it was caused by customers dithering about. Handy tip, if you are getting drinks for more than one person can you check what they want before it is your turn to be served! Staff very friendly and happy to help.
