We originally booked into the lounge at terminal one however this was then changed as we had to rebook our holiday due to the Thomas cook collapse, I rang up and the lady on the phone was very accommodating and helped me change my booking over to terminal 2, I received my confirmation email and so this was confirmed. Upon arriving at the lounge I was told my name was not down as booked I tried multiple times to show the lady my booking confirmation which showed I was booked at terminal 2 which she was not taking into account, at this point there was a queue and she rang terminal 1 to see if I was booked Down there which I was so this must not have been transferred over at no fault of my own as I had a confirmation for terminal 2 she then went on to tell me I can’t just change terminal I have to ring up and do it, which if she had bothered to listen to me and check my email she would see it was an internal error not an error of mine, I was not happy with the way I was spoken to especially in front of a crowd, it was not a great start to our holiday and it would make me think twice before booking with aspire lounges again. Once in the lounge staff were scarcely on the bar meaning a long wait however food was good and when drinks were served they were nice and I have no complaints regarding this
