As an ex Thomas Cook customers we thought that rearranging our booking would be one of those frustrating and costly affairs, Alix McKechnie of your cutomer service team made the all of the changes for us and even telephoned the next day to check that the email for the new arrangements was exactly what we wanted. On a previous visit to the Birmingham lounge Ourang Hussain had told us that if we booked direct instead of with Holiday Extras we could stay in the lounge if we were delayed. Our aircraft was struck by lightning and we were able to return to the lounge until another aircraft was prepared. In the lounge Ourang was very attentive and like Alix a credit to your excellent customer service team. Very many thanks to both of them. Ken and Pat Williams.
