Very dissapointed that when the lounge becomes busy even after booking you can be refused entry after a discussion my party of 3 was allowed in yet they closed the lounge and refused access to bookings, if they stop walk ups to lounge and took the people that booked then you would avoid this isssue, can’t fault food or drink however some of your staff at Glasgow need a lesson in customer service, basic manners and a personality as they are sadly lacking in all of the above
