On arrival the lady on reception was professional and very accommodating with pleasant exchanges which set the tone for our visit. The lady behind the bar was lovely and also very nice to chat to. I will recommend using the lounge to my family and friends and will be back in the future. Well done and thank you for an amazing start to my holiday. .
