The facilities were superb however we did not receive a very warm welcome. Despite going through the booking process because we were a group of men we were initially refused entry.
All of us are in our 50's and wanted a relaxing start to our annual get together. We were treated as though we were a group of party animals intent on getting drunk and rowdy.
The lady staff member advised us that we shouldn't have been able to book as a single sex group and that it wouldn't happen again !!
