We were very disappointed as the tables and floors hadn't been cleaned. There was no hot meat option, beer or red wine. We had to ask and then wait for forks and mugs.
We have previously used No1 lounge but thought this year we would try Aspire, not sure we would book another Aspire lounge based on this experience.
