I usually use the BA Galleries lounge at Heathrow T5 and expected something similar
The Executive Lounge was cramped and tired (furniture well worn and crowded). The food for breakfast was good, though not extensive.
Complimentary alcoholic drinks were not readily available but needed to be ordered from the bar, which was not permanently staffed. Magazine selection was limited and dog-eared. No lounge bathroom available
I do not think that the Executive Lounge was value for money
