The lounge was comfortable and quiet and nicely furnished.The choice of food and drink and availability of newspapers all helped with the ambience and quality of the experience. Our only gripe was having used the facility for the first time and having purchased the plus element the staff at the facility made no attempt to direct us to that area,for which we payed extra, and had it not been for our own intuition we would not have been aware of its location.The staff overall were functional rather than friendly or helpful and less than reflective of an exclusive facility.
